Of White Bear Lake.
Dean lived a life of love for his family, his community and his Packers. Born in Rice Lake, WI to departed parents Elsie and Herb, he is survived by his wife of 69 years Luci, sons Mark (Joanne Rukavina), David (Nancy Lerew), Daniel (Cheryl), and John along with 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A graduate of Marquette University, Dean worked for 3M for 35 years as an engineer and training leader. He served White Bear Lake as a councilman and as mayor, on the Metropolitan Transit Commission, and on the MN Board of Aging among many other volunteer activities. He was kind, caring and thoughtful in every aspect of his life. In accordance with Dean’s wishes, there will be no public service at this time. Memorials may be directed to White Bear Lake Rotary.
