Born April 18, 1928. Passed away May 24, 2018 at the age of 89 of natural causes. Born in St. Paul,where he attended Harding High school and served in the Air Force in the late 1940’s. Married in 1953 to Helen Johnson. Moved to California in 1965. Later divorced. Preceded in death by parents Michael and Myrtle; brother Richard. Survived by David, Claude, Kathy, Christine, Mitchell, John and Faith; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters Marjory, Georgia, Susan, and brother Edward . Graveside Service 12:30 PM Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, please gather in Assembly Area 5 at 12:15 PM. . Following the service a gathering will be held from 1:00-4:00 PM at the Gallagher–Hansen VFW Post 295, 111 Concord Exchange S., South St. Paul. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the Disabled American Veterans.
