Jensen, Pamela K., 66, of Centerville passed away on February 26, 2016. Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Carmen Derby. She is survived by husband, Wally; daughter, Gina; son Joshua (Sabrina); and brother, Randy (Madonna).

Pam will be remembered for her smile, her compassion, her empathy for others, and her love of God, family and friends. Pam was a fighter. Her courage and strength helped her beat the medical odds time and time again—up until the very end. Through it all, she continued to encourage and minister to others through her words, her cross-stitches, and her unwavering faith.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 12:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior to the services at 6000 148th St N Hugo MN 55038.
