James Allen Thompson

Passed away April 27th



Survived by his wife Rosanne of 63 years, son Tim (Beth), daughter Kim (Scott) Newell; brothers Ralph (Genny), Mike (Louise); many relatives and friends. Memorial Service 11 AM Thursday, June 1, 2023, at HONSA FAMIY FUNERAL HOME, 2460 East County Road E, White Bear Lake. Visitation at 10 AM.

Jim was born December 10, 1931 to Chester and Helen Thompson in Cloquet, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Chuck, and Roger, sisters-in-law Joan and Terri, three infants, grandson TJ.

Jim was proud of his service in the U.S. Navy, he was a carpenter. Jim and his wife have made their home in White Bear Lake for the past 59 years.

Burial will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on June 21st at 10:45 AM.
