Died peacefully in her home on September 22, 2022 at the age of 95.
She was born in the Ukrainian town of Elma, Manitoba. Elizabeth was a registered nurse and private duty nurse before and after raising her children. She had a love for gardening, cooking, and baking. She also loved serving others, which included volunteering, especially at her church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara (Mark) Pederson and Katherine (David) Daline; three grandchildren, Alyssa, Robert and Jenna and their spouses; and seven great grandchildren, Mark, Gabriel, Cooper, Noah, Jovie, Jonah and Andrew. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday, September 29, 2022 at ST. ANN'S CHAPEL, 2445 East County Rd. E, White Bear Lake. Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 28, at HONSA FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 2460 East County Rd. E, White Bear Lake. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Daughters of Mary at St. Ann's Chapel.
